Neither Eurotrade and its officers, directors and employees not any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of errors, quality of products or services of supplier.

The client shall indemnify, defend and hold Eurotrade its officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the indemnified parties) harmless from and against any and all claims, losses damages, liabilities, judgments, fee and expenses related thereto (including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fee) incurred by an indemnified party in connection with any claims arising out of based upon or resulting from any misunderstanding, breach or violation of the terms by any party.
