Supplier can sell product
through an international supply
and distribution chain.

product by submitting the offer form.
In the offer form it is
recommended to provide complete specifications of the offered
products, delivery terms, price level, product's quality
description and other related information, in order to evaluate
the chances of selling the product.
The purchasing personnel will
overview the product's specifications and offer. If the offered
product is within the current market demand and matched
established quality criteria, then supplier will have
possibilities to sell the product
through the sale-distribution
network.
The distribution network is a
chain of associated distributors, stores, wholesale warehouses
and supply centers in the countries of operations where the
products are actually being sold.
To sell product efficiently
suppliers have to comply with the general terms and conditions
of the current supply and distribution program.
Associated buyers - purchasing
divisions may require some additional information before
accepting the offer.
One of the steps before actually
buying the product, is that purchasing personnel would make a
certain verification of the supplier.
Only verified suppliers can
participate in the supply chain and sell their products
to associated branches and organizations.
Also it is crucial that products
comply with the local legislations and sanitarian norms of the
markets of destinations.
Some countries have additional
import restrictions for certain product's groups.
So when required, supplier is
obliged to provide additional certificates related to offered
products.
The delivery of the sold goods is
normally subject to delivery agreement between supplier and
buyer.
Usually delivery terms are : FOB,
EXW, FCA, and DAP.
Is supplier is able to comply
with this general procedure and criteria, then the next step is
to submit the supplier offer form.
If the offer is generally
acceptable, then supplier may receive the confirmation message
within couple of days.
Then technically supplier can
participate in the supply chain and sell product.
