When any delivery is completed and you have received the payment from Consignee or from Eurotrade, you have to calculate 1% of total amount ( EXW or FOB price ) of the purchased goods.

The Administration Costs will be a percentage of the total invoice value, not including forwarding fees, transportation costs or Liability verification charge.
